These Terms of Service govern your use of JoinEcoGrow at joinecogrow.com and app.joinecogrow.com. JoinEcoGrow is operated by Originative Pool Limited (Company No: 16945804). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

JoinEcoGrow is a software platform for environmental data collection, tree and asset tracking, reporting, and related analytics for organisations and individuals.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account details and promptly update them if they change.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with services, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorised access to any account, data, or infrastructure.

5. Data and content

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data for operating and improving the service. You must have rights to all data and media you upload.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, where offered, are billed as agreed at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features where necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
