JoinEcoGrow is committed to making our marketing site (joinecogrow.com) and product application (app.joinecogrow.com) usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

How we approach accessibility
- Semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and a logical heading order.
- Keyboard-navigable interactive elements with visible focus states.
- Colour combinations and type sizes selected to meet contrast and readability guidance.
- ARIA labelling on landmark regions, navigation, and key interactive components.
- Mobile and small-screen layouts are designed alongside desktop, not retrofitted.
Known limitations
JoinEcoGrow is an evolving product. Some surfaces — particularly within the authenticated product application — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to close known gaps in current and upcoming releases.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you encounter a barrier using JoinEcoGrow, or if a specific assistive technology isn't working as expected, please tell us. Email founder@joinecogrow.com with the page or screen, the issue, and the device and assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days.
